Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Membership Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership with Tinted Wateva ("Company"). By signing up for a membership, you agree to comply with these Terms and any other applicable policies or guidelines provided by the Company.

2. Membership Benefits

As a member, you are entitled to the following benefits:

• Access to exclusive content.
• Discounts or special offers on Company's products or services.
• Priority access to events, workshops, or seminars.

3. Membership Duration

Your membership begins on the date of sign-up and continues until it is canceled in accordance with these Terms.

4. Membership Fees and Payments

• Membership fees are payable on a monthly basis for a minimum period of 12 months. 
• You authorize the Company to charge the membership fees using the payment method provided during sign-up, on a recurring basis.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

5. Membership Cancellation

• You have the right to cancel your membership at any time after the minimum period of 12 months is fulfilled by notifying the Company in writing or through the designated cancellation process.
• Refunds for membership fees are subject to the terms outlined in the Company's refund policy.

6. Termination or Suspension

• The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company.
• In the event of termination or suspension, you may lose access to certain benefits or privileges associated with your membership.

7. Member Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the membership sign-up process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided to you and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the Company's policies while using the membership benefits.

8. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights associated with the Company's content, services, and products remain the sole property of the Company.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Company's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your membership or use of the Company's content, services, or products.

10. Modification of Terms

• The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated to members via email or through the Company's website.
• By continuing your membership after the changes have been made, you accept the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
